In January 2023, I started working as a UX Design intern with the SAP S/4 HANA Industries & CX team where I was involved in several design topics for internal and business users. I started with research and learning from any resources regarding different product development phase, function and use cases of MMPs, and Fiori design system. I also practiced from audits and sketches to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
I worked closely with my onboard buddy, product managers, engineers, UA writers, and D-Lab research team. I also participated in co-innovation session with clients to connect their needs with the best design patterns for our business products.
